At Synthèse Élevage, our commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) is reflected in our product ranges, which aim to reduce the use of antibiotics in livestock farming but also to move towards the integration of bio-based components in our formulas.
Contributing to reducing the use of antibiotics
We are developing alternative solutions for prevention (hygiene products and nutritional supplements), thus reducing the use of antibiotics.
Our veterinary group is part of the ‘One Health’ approach, which links animal, human and environmental health. To this end, it has recently designed an online training course on good practices for reducing the use of antibiotics in livestock farming.
Developing more sustainable solutions
In the same vein, we favour alternatives to pure chemicals, creating disinfectants based on bio-sourced components as well as nutritional supplements based on plant extracts and essential oils.
Uniting to meet new requirements
Synthèse Élevage is also proud to be part of the Low Carbon Agriculture Consortium, thus responding to the growing demand from consumers and agri-food manufacturers for food with a low environmental impact.
